{"id":24051,"date":"2021-11-08T18:06:39","date_gmt":"2021-11-08T18:06:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.peperoldan.com\/blog\/?p=24051"},"modified":"2021-11-08T18:06:39","modified_gmt":"2021-11-08T18:06:39","slug":"san-sebastian-gastronomika-2021","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.peperoldan.com\/blog\/san-sebastian-gastronomika-2021\/","title":{"rendered":"San Sebasti\u00e1n Gastronomika 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tenerife llevar\u00e1 a San Sebasti\u00e1n Gastronomika los productos m\u00e1s emblem\u00e1ticos de su sector primario.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tenerife<\/strong>\u00a0acude a la 23\u00aa edici\u00f3n de\u00a0<strong>San Sebasti\u00e1n Gastronomika<\/strong> 2021, que tendr\u00e1 lugar del 14 al 17 de noviembre en el palacio\u00a0<strong>Kursaal<\/strong>\u00a0de la capital donostiarra, con un amplio programa basado en su paisaje y las emociones que genera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> La isla contar\u00e1 con el mayor stand con el que ha ido en su historia a un<strong>\u00a0evento gastron\u00f3mico<\/strong>; que incluir\u00e1 un escenario para las ponencias, adem\u00e1s de un espacio restaurante y un\u00a0<strong>T\u00fanel del Vino<\/strong>, donde estar\u00e1n presentes las seis denominaciones de origen que operan en la isla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Una ponencia magistral, a cargo de\u00a0<strong>Erlantz Gorostiza<\/strong>, chef del<strong>\u00a0MB Abama<\/strong>, con dos estrellas Michelin, sobre el\u00a0<strong>cochino negro<\/strong>, ser\u00e1 uno de los momentos m\u00e1s importantes.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, una gran\u00a0<strong>cata profesional<\/strong>, conducida por el prestigioso sumiller\u00a0<strong>Custodio Zamarra<\/strong>\u00a0y el reputado en\u00f3logo\u00a0<strong>Jos\u00e9 Hidalgo<\/strong>\u00a0y el\u00a0<strong>I Concurso Nacional de postres con frutas tropicales de Tenerife<\/strong>; en el que destacan concursantes de hasta tres estrellas Michelin, formar\u00e1n parte del programa de la isla en este evento que, en 2019 cont\u00f3 con m\u00e1s de 13.000 visitantes, la gran mayor\u00eda profesionales gastron\u00f3micos y periodistas del sector.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.diariodetenerife.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Dossier-Tenerife-SSG21.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Dossier Tenerife en San Sebasti\u00e1n Gastronomika (pincha AQU\u00cd)<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El presidente insular,\u00a0<strong>Pedro Mart\u00edn<\/strong>, asegur\u00f3 que se trata de una oportunidad para que el\u00a0<strong>sector servicios<\/strong>\u00a0y el\u00a0<strong>sector primario de Tenerife<\/strong>\u00a0muestren la gran diversidad con la que cuenta la isla; siguiendo con la estrategia del destino por un lado, pero tambi\u00e9n lo vemos fuera es una ocasi\u00f3n para darnos cuenta de lo mucho que tiene Tenerife.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mart\u00edn expuso que \u201ccada vez la\u00a0<strong>gastronom\u00eda<\/strong>\u00a0pesa m\u00e1s en la decisi\u00f3n del turista para elegir su destino. Tambi\u00e9n; \u201ccontaremos con un t\u00fanel del vino, tras el \u00e9xito que tuvo en Madrid Fusi\u00f3n.
