Realizar\u00e1 una presentaci\u00f3n en la que expondr\u00e1 sus averiguaciones; en colaboraci\u00f3n con el Centro Superior de Investigaciones Cient\u00edficas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tratar\u00e1n sobre c\u00f3mo aplicar medidas de prevenci\u00f3n contra el coronavirus a trav\u00e9s de las propiedades de determinados productos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La instituci\u00f3n insular llevar\u00e1 a cabo un despliegue en el congreso. El evento  tendr\u00e1 lugar en la capital donostiarra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ser\u00e1 en <strong>formato virtual<\/strong>, entre los pr\u00f3ximos 5 y 9 de octubre. Estar\u00e1 focalizado en la innovaci\u00f3n culinaria y algunos de sus productos agropecuarios estelares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-vivid-cyan-blue-background-color has-background\" href=\"https:\/\/www.peperoldan.com\/blog\/los-vinos-de-tenerife-triunfaron-en-el-concurso-cervim-2020\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Los vinos de Tenerife triunfaron en el concurso Cervim 2020<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La marca<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El&nbsp;<strong>Cabildo de Tenerife<\/strong>&nbsp;acudir\u00e1 a&nbsp;<strong>San Sebastian Gastronomika<\/strong>. Ser\u00e1 a trav\u00e9s de su marca&nbsp;<strong>\u2018Tenerife GastroExperience\u2019<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El evento se desarrollar\u00e1 entre los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas 5 y 9 de octubre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ser\u00e1 con una innovadora apuesta en la que fusionar\u00e1 la actividad culinaria con la investigaci\u00f3n que realiza actualmente con el&nbsp;<strong>Centro Superior de Investigaciones Cient\u00edficas (CSIC)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fueron realizadas junto con el cient\u00edfico del&nbsp;<strong>Instituto de Productos Naturales y Agrobiolog\u00eda (IPNA) del CSIC<\/strong>, Jos\u00e9 Manuel P\u00e9rez de la Lastra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Compromiso<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El consejero insular responsable del \u00e1rea de&nbsp;<strong>Turismo<\/strong>, Jos\u00e9 Gregorio Mart\u00edn Plata explic\u00f3; se trata de \u201cun paso m\u00e1s en nuestro compromiso por seguir trabajando por la innovaci\u00f3n en nuestra gastronom\u00eda. Dentro de nuestra estrategia integral de mejora continua de nuestro producto tur\u00edstico. Debemos seguir potenciando y diferenciando\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Tenerife quiere escenificar y difundir su alta apuesta por la gastronom\u00eda contempor\u00e1nea.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Ser\u00e1 en un formato virtual con m\u00e1s de 5.000 inscritos de todo el mundo.
